David joined Stream BioEnergy as Development Manager in January 2022.

David holds a BSc in Environmental Science and a Diploma in Environmental and Planning Law. He is also a Professional Member of the Institute of Geologists of Ireland.

David leads the Development Team at Stream BioEnergy, managing all aspects of project delivery from inception through to initial design and consent. Before joining Stream, he worked in environmental regulation with the Environmental Protection Agency and as a consultant in a global engineering firm.
