Mike is currently CEO of the Doncasters Group, which manufactures superalloys and precision castings with a turnover of $800M, across 14 global locations with 3,500 staff.

Prior to this Mike was the CEO of Ervia, the parent company of Irish Water and Gas Networks Ireland and before that, CEO of Bord Na Mona. Mike is active in the Renewables sector – he is the Chairman of wind developer Rengen Power. In addition, Mike is a Non-Executive Director of BNRG renewables, a global solar developer.
