Joined Stream BioEnergy in 2022 to oversee the design and construction team at Stream.

Stephen is a Chartered Engineer with over 35 years global experience in construction and waste infrastructure. He held senior roles within Viridor and Thames Water, responsible for the construction of multiple biogas and waste projects.

Stephen’s experience includes working on Manchester PFI rectifying and optimising the plants and taking Glasgow Renewables Energy Centre including MRF, AD and gasification from concept, construction, commissioning to operation.

He has extensive design management skills across a range of sectors in the UK and International settings with consultants and contractors in environmental infrastructure sectors, sewage, and waste treatment in Hong Kong.
