Tully Biogas Plant Recognised Among the UK’s and the World’s Best

We are thrilled to share that our Tully Biogas Plant has been awarded Best UK Plant of the Year at the AD and Biogas Industry Awards 2026 organised by Anaerobic Digestion and Bioresources Association (ADBA) and the World Biogas Association (WBA). With around 750 anaerobic digestion plants operating across the UK, receiving this award is a significant achievement and a testament to the high standards of performance and innovation demonstrated by our team.

Tully was also recognised as Highly Commended in the WBA Biogas Plant of the Year category. Presented by the World Biogas Association (WBA), this international recognition highlights some of the world’s leading biogas facilities, placing Tully among the sector’s top globally performing plants.

Looking ahead, Tully has already secured planning permission to significantly expand the plant’s processing capacity, enabling us to generate more renewable energy and deliver even greater environmental benefits.
